CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS POLICY
DogTagsRus is not responsible for misspellings, grammar or punctuation. We customize products exactly as presented by the customer using our on-line forms, e-mail or other written requests. We encourage all customers to use reference materials such as dictionaries, thesaurus or other standards or instructional guides to properly format spelling, grammar and punctuation.
DogTagsRus utilizes mechanical machinery to customize many of our products and as such we are limited to the capability of the machinery we have at hand. In the event that an order contains formatting, characters or punctuation that is not available to us we will at our discretion contact the customer to discuss options or we may elect to use the best option available to us at the time.
DogTagsRus will not take orders for customized products over the phone:
Only written requests can be processed for customized products.
Customized products cannot be returned. If we customized a product to the specification that the customer gave us the product is deemed valid and cannot be returned. If DogTagsRus delivers a product where by which errors such as spelling are due to DogTagsRus's actions we will replace the product free of charge to the customer.
DogTagsRus reserves the right to refuse any order, customer or to customize any product. We may at our discretion exercise this right at any time for any reason. Customizations that may be deemed offensive, objectionable, in poor taste or inflammatory are some examples of content that we might refuse.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
DogTagsRus recommends against placing Social Security Number (SSN) and/or Date of Birth (DOB) on any dog tags or identification tags that are intended for children under the age of 18 or ANYONE who is prone to loosing or misplacing things.

DogTagsRus is NOT responsible in any way for personal information including SSN, DOB, phone numbers or any other personal information that we imprint at the request of the purchaser on any product including but not limited to identification tags and/or dog tags.
AT THE POINT WHEN DogTagsRus DELIVERS A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT TO THE SHIPPER/CARRIER OR END PURCHASER THAT PRODUCT AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THAT PRODUCT ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPER/CARRIER and/or END USER.
DogTagsRus IS NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREON ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY OR IS DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPER/CARRIER OR END USER.

CATALOG and/or WEBSITE
ERRORS, OMMISSIONS or MISTAKES
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary and we'll honestly and sincerely say that we are sorry and will make all reasonable attempts to correct any error.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and DogTagsRus reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DogTagsRus will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. While DogTagsRus takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product descriptions provided, please refer to the originator of information for details, for example the manufacturer for complete product details or author for verification and details.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us at dogtagsrus@dogtagsrus.com for a replacement shipment immediately or within three (3) business days after you receive the product and discover the error.
MATERIALS and WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
Any defects in materials or workmanship will result in a replacement being issued to the original purchaser at no additional charge.
All claims for damage or defective items MUST be reported to DogTagsRus
in writing within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.
This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear or natural products of given materials. Some of our products are solid brass and as such this warranty does not cover discoloration, tarnish or the malleability of certain materials.
DogTagsRus makes not claim as to the suitability, usability, or merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose of any product in terms of the materials from which the product is manufactured or fabricated.
THE LAW
Laws regarding the sale of certain items in this catalog may vary from state to state. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and to conform to local, state and federal laws. The person placing an order from this catalog warrants that he or she is a legal adult and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such a person from ordering, owning, or possessing these items under federal, state or local laws.

DogTagsRus does not provide any personal information to any third party about our online visitors. DogTagsRus sells some products intended for purchase by adults.
